Concordia is a four-piece hard/alternative rock band founded by front man Eric Emery in Cleveland, Ohio in early 2012. Blending melodic vocals with heavy music, the band is often compared to other artists such as 30 Seconds to Mars, Linkin Park, and Breaking Benjamin. The band has recently concluded a year of national tours alongside hard rock acts Taproot, 12 Stones, and Smiley Empty Soul. Concordia has received a lot of publicity for their early success, with articles in Lithium Magazine, Music Junkie, Alternative Addiction and many more. While on tour, this Ohio band has played places like the legendary Whiskey A Go Go in Los Angeles amongst many other large venues across the country in promotion of their debut album “Clarity of Perception.” This five-star rated album was produced by Sahaj Ticotin of Ra in Los Angeles, which includes songs co-written by Chris Taylor Brown of Trapt, Dustin Bates of Downplay, and features studio drummer Adrian Ost from critically acclaimed bands Powerman 500 and Dope. The band is also enjoying some radio play across the country for their current single “Surrender.”
